Blu Bayou Chef Series is a quarterly guest chef dinner series hosted across our family of restaurants throughout the new year. The series aims to showcase some of the country’s leading culinary talent, while shining a light on Houston’s vibrant food community.

Our teams will welcome
renowned chefs from across the country to create one-night-only collaborative dinner inspired by each chefs’ respective cuisine and the Texas Gulf Coast.

Our next dinner is
May 8th and will feature James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio in Chicago, Sarah Grueneberg.
